Evidation Health is looking for a senior marketing leader to help us establish Evidation as a leading partner to Life Science enterprises, acquiring and growing partnerships. You will spark interest in and excitement for Evidation’s commercial products and services to attract and retain customers and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working closely with Brand, Franchise, Business Unit, and Commercial leaders within Life Science enterprises. With this experience, they will bring a deep understanding of the industry’s key commercial business problems, customer needs, and priorities. We value domain expertise as well as the leadership skills to develop people and organizational capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build the demand generation strategy to attract and nurture new Life Sciences partners
  • Assist Product Marketing in research and development of personas, ideal customer profile, and other insights to inform demand generation strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and fill the sales pipeline, which includes:
    • Manage and optimize website and social media
    • Manage spends and campaigns across Google Adwords, Display, paid social, etc. 
    • Optimize HubSpot Marketing software, including designing and executing lead generation and nurturing campaigns
    • Amplify thought leadership (e.g., publications and journal contributions, partnerships, etc.)
    • Determine optimal speaking engagements and conference sponsorships
    • Develop events strategy and Oversee all brand materials and presence for sales conferences, trade shows etc
  • Maintain metrics that can be used to support our marketing claims for commercial and investor activities (e.g., volume of data processed)
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL meeting and pipeline targets
  • Develop customer case studies and other social proof to attract target customers
  • Manage the brand, including development of visual assets, deck templates, etc
  • Create, contract and manage multiple campaigns:
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness by developing meaningful KPIs and regular reporting; iterate strategy based on metrics
    • Change messaging at a monthly/quarterly cadence to ensure fresh interest
    • Change advertising locations to reach new audiences and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including BD, product marketing and content, to build effective support programs, such as sales enablement
  • Identify new markets and marketing tactics to encourage business growth
  • Plan affiliation events, Customer Advisory Board, multi-client panels, workshops (potentially with partners). WOrk with field marketing to promote and leverage events, webinars and the like. 
  • Build the brand and drive brand awareness using various tools and communication channels, including digital, online, and social media platforms, ensuring that all messages align
  • Cultivate relationships with “digital KOLs” that serve as a source of digital health expertise for our customers (e.g., healthtech writers, digital health investors, etc.)
  • Bolster our PR efforts to optimize external coverage of our work
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate university degree
  • 7-10 years experience with communications / marketing to Life Science enterprises or healthcare stakeholders
  • Prior work in demand generation marketing
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Experience working in enterprise technology companies
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience working with PR teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex, technical concepts to tailored, clear messaging
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing, energetic, relationship-builder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep experience with Life Sciences commercial and brand teams
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Experience working in the digital health space
