Job Description
We are now looking for a Commercial Offer Leader to our Range Area Dining & Outdoor at IKEA of Sweden.
In this role you will contribute to secure a strong and commercial activation plan, together with relevant stakeholders. Internal collaboration cross functions and cross Range Areas and also cross organizations will be important to deliver the best possible plan and also readiness.
In this role you will beÂ

Responsible for collaborating across Range Areas to secure a cohesive and aligned delivery to the IKEA Growth plan in an omnichannel environment.Â

Leading input to common activation planning based on opportunities and changes in consumer needs and trends to secure we meet people where they are today and tomorrow.Â

Leading the amplification and consolidation of the Complete RA offer through range and product communication and range presentation including identifying strong impactful stories that strengthens the IKEA Brand.Â

Contributing to the work to create a unique value proposition based on competition, business segments and specific markets conditions aiming to gain long term market share.Â
Qualifications
The person we are looking for haveÂ
-
High understanding of the IKEA business model, IKEA ways of working, business plan process and Core Business Range year cycle

Knowledge of the requirements of range and product communication and market landscape for the Range Areas you work withÂ
-
Knowledge in the RA portfolio planning process, how to create the HFB Business plan including goals and objectivesÂ
-
High understanding of the IKEA Marketing model including the requirements for activating and converting visitors and consumersÂ
-
High knowledge of the requirements of the IKEA Retail system including the barriers to easy buying and sellingÂ

Strong knowledge in the IKEA vision, business idea and our valuesÂ
