Andean CCA Commercial Operations - Coordinator
Sales Operations provides the sales organization with tools, data, and resources to enable the team they support to drive the business. They may be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. The Sales Operations team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.

Responsabilities
- Build and drive various initiatives to support Sales, After-Sales and Marketing operations (Colombia, Ecuador y Venezuela)
- Carry out the reporting of figures of the after-sales operation of Colombia and Ecuador (retail, wholesale data, inventories, billing)
- Establish the purchase quotas for each of the dealers and distributors in our network to achieve the proposed financial objective.
- Align the forecast with finances and Outlook control of the commercial team.
- Formulate commercial policies to capitalize on opportunities with the dealer network

Additional Description
Skills and Qualifications (Required)
- Graduates in engineering (any branch), economics or administration
- Previous work experience in similar roles for a minimum of 2 years.
- Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management Experience.
- English: Intermediate level.
- Office: Intermediate level.
- Availability to work hybrid in our offices located in Bogotรก, Colombia.
