Job Description: TheLicensed Apprentice or Journeyman Commercial Service Plumberwill install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial or public buildings. Job Duties: · Reads blueprints and drawings. · Will install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. · Plumbers work with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, legislation and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project. · Provide adequate services that will ensure that all water supply networks and waste and drainage systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety. Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience in Commercial plumbing service and repair. · Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. · Good communications skills. · Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc. · Hydro-jetter experience and pipe threader operation a plus. · Overtime may be necessary. · Must be willing to be on call. Additional Skills Desired: • Trade school education is preferred • Refrigeration experience a plus We use de-centralized dispatch via company-supplied vehicle with cell phone/company radio.
