Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. The Plumber will work closely with construction teams on various projects, including new builds and remodeling jobs. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform pipe threading and fitting tasks to ensure proper connections. • Collaborate with construction teams on-site to coordinate plumbing installations during new builds or remodeling projects. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
