Commercial Plumbers Wanted: We are looking for a commercial plumbing apprentice to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leaks to installing pipes. In this position, the apprentice/helper will assist the commercial plumber as needed with installation, maintenance, inspections, and light repair. This is an entry level position. The primary goal of this role is to learn all aspects of the trade. Our company offers on-the-job training and yearly wage increases as your skills develop. Starting pay is determined upon skills and experience.. Responsibilities • Assist the plumber with light repair and installation work. • Observe and learn all aspects of the trade. • Be accurate and timely with all paperwork. • Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules. • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving. • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats. Skills • Proven experience as a plumbing apprentice • Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings • Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces. *Must obtain a plumbing apprenticeship card* *Must be able to pass Background and Drug Test* Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): • Do you have a valid Apprentice Registration ? • Will you be able to reliably commute? • Desired Pay?
