Location:Mansfield, TX What We Offer: ● Excellent Pay DOE ● Full Medical Benefits ● Supplemental & Life Insurance ● Professional Development & Training ● Consistent Year-Round Work ● Work truck & fuel card Responsibilities: ● Prepare accurate estimates by calculating complete take-offs of scope of work, using Fastpipe takeoff software and Microsoft Excel. ● Create proposal scope letters using Microsoft Word. ● Download and/or print specifications and drawings. ● Determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. ● Contribute to pre-bid meetings and/or visit job sites to confirm requisite take-offs. ● Maintain contract documents for bids and work with suppliers for material pricing. ● Review design options and recommend the best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials. ● Provide support to field operations regarding estimates. ● Collaborate with our Director of Business Development and/or Chief Operations Officer to finalize all bids. Requirements: • Clean, professional appearance. • Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques. • Knowledge of Bluebeam pdf software, Sage construction software, & Fastpipe takeoff software. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. • Strong communication skills. • Self-motivated, accountable, & values high integrity. • Valid driver’s license *Must be able to pass drug & background screenings* *We are an equal opportunity employer.
