Commercial Product Manager, Supplier Payment Network - Remote

Paymode-X, the largest electronic B2B network is seeking to expand our offering to our Suppliers. These Suppliers are already receiving the value of accepting payments through our network, but we’re interested in building upon our Supplier experience and exceeding expectations with your help and leadership.
The Product Manager focused on Supplier Payment Network will contribute to defining the strategy & vision for new product offerings to these suppliers within Paymode-X. Core focus is to help grow acceptance of suppliers joining our network and providing them value via solutions/product features that help them with their Accounts receivables.
This role will be directly responsible for understanding the market, developing competitive analyses, prioritizing product features & capabilities, aligning stakeholders around the vision for this offering, exploring potential partnerships to augment offering, executing on a go-to-market strategy, and ensuring the expected ROI.
This position can be based out of a remote location in the United States
How you’ll contribute:
- Contribute to building best-in-class supplier payment experience for Paymode-X suppliers. Prioritize features and initiatives that bring most value to our suppliers and help grow the network
- participate in market and technology design sessions, prototypes, and iteration planning meetings to build a best-in-class product that is high in adoption
- Help create “Supplier” persona that drives growth to our network. Looking to add a champion to our team that will promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers
- Participate in pricing strategy discussions with Sr. leadership team and propose value-based pricing options that best meets the market need
- Directly partner with new and existing customers to understand and empathize with their problems and uncover market opportunities
- Direct market research and competitive analysis to educate internal stakeholders, inform product roadmaps, and develop compelling narratives and campaigns
- Evangelize the product vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned and understand the overall strategic direction and potential impact upon the business
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Supplier Enablement, and Leadership to clearly define and develop the product’s value proposition
- Create customer-facing and internal documents, presentations, articles, and training. Facilitate launch, adoption, and success of product go-to-market plans
- Define and prioritize the product/feature backlog with Product Development teams
What will make you successful:
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience on a successful software product
- Experience in FinTech/Payments and/or Account Receivables space preferred
- BA/BS, in a relevant business or technical discipline preferred (or equal work experience)
- Strong results-oriented focus; analytic and fact-based consultative discipline
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
- Positive, self-motivated, team player, action & results oriented
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
