This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, revenue technology, and commercial strategy execution, ensuring that sales engagement platforms and related systems run efficiently and support scalable go-to-market programs. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing SalesLoft cadences, integrations, and reporting to improve sales performance and operational consistency. The position plays a key role in translating commercial priorities into structured, data-driven workflows that enhance sales productivity. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment across systems, processes, and campaign execution. This is a highly analytical and operational role where platform governance, automation, and performance insights directly influence revenue effectiveness. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the broader sales technology ecosystem.

Accountabilities

  • Own the administration and day-to-day management of SalesLoft, including user setup, configuration, governance, and platform maintenance.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize sales cadences aligned with commercial programs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with go-to-market priorities.
  • Monitor cadence performance metrics such as engagement, response rates, conversion, and step completion, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to support Sales Operations and Commercial Programs leadership in decision-making.
  • Identify underperforming cadences and collaborate with stakeholders to test, iterate, and improve messaging and sequencing strategies.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations between SalesLoft and key systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows to ensure reliable data flow across the sales technology stack.
  • Document system architecture, cadence structures, and automation logic while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop SOPs and training materials to support adoption and consistent usage of SalesLoft across teams.

  • Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales technology administration roles.
    • Hands-on experience with SalesLoft, including cadence management, reporting, and platform configuration.
    • Experience managing integrations between SaaS tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reporting on performance metrics.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus).
    • Experience with automation or integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, or API-based workflows is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Exposure to commercial programs, demand generation, or revenue marketing environments is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of data hygiene, lead management, and sales process optimization.
