To strengthen our Sintetica US team at our headquarters in Princeton, NJ, we are currently looking for a Commercial Project Manager.
Essential Tasks And Responsibilities

• Supports the President of Sintetica US as a business partner focused on a wide range of commercial and operational activities including key customer action items and sales team liaison for information analysis.
• Collaborates with the Sintetica Global team aligning on key initiatives across Commercial /Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and other teams.
• Manage key commercial items, sales reporting, customer onboarding, maintain pricing and new customer setup.
• Responsible for making sure timelines are met, project scope is defined, and key action items are completed for all key projects.
• Prepares Customer and key partner presentations as wells as business unit updates.
• Works with President to define and prepare key procedures and training.
• Attends key meetings, defines action items, assigns or performs the actions and drives business performance.
• Role will be customer and partner facing, attending key business meetings and conferences.
• Will collaborate across the business ranging from development, commercial, operations, and business development.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as may be assigned time to time.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with relevant Project management experience
• 2+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in a commercial organization)
• Strong Project Manager that works well with Executive level leadership
• Lead and drive Projects with Executive level stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects that are part of a larger program
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
• Professional and effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in core Microsoft software products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project) and a strong aptitude for learning new software products
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize
• Team-working oriented approach
