About This Job
Take the lead role in managing all our compliance and internal audit stakeholders, managing audits as well as provide a first line of defense for our operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact to our external / internal auditors, GRC and ICR
- Manage all audit requests
- Audit all new loans boarded into our core system. Audit commission and interest calculations to legal documents. Audit and monitor operational cases to ensure SLA compliance. Audit compliance with Reg B, UCC and flood
- Loan quality and data quality reviews
- Risk assessments - manage with GRC and work with VP to asses and improve
- BCP Plan management
- Vendor Management - assist with new vendor onboarding - monitor and report on key vendors
- Audit policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business activities
- Monitor SLA's as it relates to 3rd party reports, SNDA's
- Manage HMDA, Adverse Action process
- Monitor unauthorized changes to loan values and parameters
- Create and manage KRI's
- Track and report on KRI trends
