This role plays a key part in supporting the commercialization and supply chain readiness of late-stage biologic therapies within a fast-evolving pharmaceutical environment. You will contribute to the setup and optimization of planning systems, ensuring accurate master data configuration and seamless execution across global supply chain processes. The position involves close collaboration with external manufacturing partners, quality, finance, and supply planning teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations. You will also support inventory management activities, helping drive accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement across end-to-end supply workflows. Operating in a highly regulated setting, you will help ensure all activities align with global quality and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where operational excellence directly supports the delivery of critical therapies to patients.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of supply chain planning and system processes for biologics commercialization. You will help ensure data accuracy, inventory integrity, and effective collaboration across global stakeholders.

  • Define, configure, and validate master data requirements for planning and execution systems such as Oracle OPM and Maestro Rapid Response
  • Support system setup, testing, and integration activities to enable end-to-end supply planning and execution processes
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliation using data from CMOs and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and identifying process improvements
  • Assist in supply planning activities, documentation, and operational execution across the commercial supply chain
  • Monitor key supply chain KPIs and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, performance, and visibility
  • Collaborate with External Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned and efficient supply processes
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality standards in all supply chain activities and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning systems, inventory processes, and operational workflows
  • Requirements

    You bring strong experience in pharmaceutical or biologics supply chain environments, with a focus on planning systems, data management, and cross-functional coordination. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in regulated, global operations.

    • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems, master data setup, or supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Experience in biologics, injectable products, or other regulated healthcare environments is strongly preferred
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, particularly OPM master data configuration
    • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes, including inventory management and planning workflows
    • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments across manufacturing, quality, and finance functions
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle non-routine operational challenges
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to build trust across teams
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in biologics or pharmaceutical supply chains
    • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in delivering high-quality results
    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field or equivalent experience
