Job Title: Commercial Trim Carpenter Company:Canterbury Construction LLC Job Type:Full-Time, Contract Compensation:$20.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and skill set) Location:Travel required for out-of-state commercial restaurant projects Job Overview: Canterbury Construction LLC is seekingexperienced Commercial Trim Carpentersto join our team for high-quality restaurant buildout projects. This is a full-time position with consistent, immediate work, competitive pay, and travel reimbursement as needed.Only applicants with commercial finish carpentry experience will be considered. Position Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of commercial carpentry experience • Proficient in reading blueprints, floor plans, and construction documents • Skilled with commercial millwork installation tools and techniques • Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, etc.) • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on job sites • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Effective communicator with clients, coworkers, and supervisors • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Adheres to OSHA and company safety standards Conditions of Employment: • Must be substance-free • Dependable, reliable, and punctual • Strong and verifiable work history • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions • Reliable transportation • Willingness and ability to travel out of state as required Scope of Work Includes: • Hanging cabinetry and casework • Laminating doors • Installing hollow metal and solid core wood doors with hardware • Installing ADA-compliant bathroom accessories and partitions • Installing Hardi board/Nichiha siding • Installing commercial paneling and wainscot • Interior wood and metal trim installation Preferred Additional Skills (Not Required): • Core drilling and seating package installation • Solid surface installation and on-site modifications Benefits (Available After 90 Days): • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Flexible scheduling Apply today if you meet the experience requirements and are looking for steady, professional work in commercial carpentry.
