Here's a snapshot of roles and opportunities.
As an individual working on our Client Engagement Team, you will be responsible for either owning or assisting in the implementation of our TMS platform and supporting post-go live activities with our many clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, fostering client satisfaction, and strategically driving long-term business partnerships. Our Client Engagement Team is an integral part of our Commercial Department, and you will work closely with external stakeholders and many teams across Mastery including but not limited to: Sales, Product Adoption, Product, and Engineering. You will seek to fix issues before they happen, proactively looking out for your client's business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Mastermind TMS.
Responsibilities
TMS Implementation
  • Collaborate closely with your team to support the successful onboarding and deployment of MasterMind TMS for clients.
  • Gather client requirements, configuring system settings, and conducting user training to ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Participate in customer acceptance testing and overall solution acceptance activities.
  • Coordinate internally to address & escalate technical and operational considerations during the implementation phase.

Post-Go Live Client Relationship
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after the TMS platform has gone live, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing guidance on system functionality and best practices.
  • Facilitate demos and drive product adoption as MasterMind continues to evolve and enhance while generating excitement for new or developing features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their use of MasterMind TMS
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and business processes, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their transportation operations.
  • Facilitate client meetings and check-ins to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and provide updates on new features or system enhancements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Required minimum of 2+ years of experience working at a 3PL (freight brokerage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, prior experience with TMS ideal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service and driving client satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
