Job Summary

The Commissions Analyst coordinates, audits and accurately processes sales commissions and incentives in compliance with all policies and payment schedules. Incumbent performs various analyses to enhance processes, identify inefficiencies and trends, and ensure payment accuracy.

Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' financial analysis experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum three (3) years' analysis and/or research experience which involve the gathering and manipulation of data for analytical and/or reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

Analyzes commission processes and reporting to recognize trends and identify inefficiencies which assists leadership with decision making and process improvement initiatives., Conducts analysis and administrates sales commission and incentive payments to ensure accurate oversight of commission management in a timely and accurate matter., Develops and maintains complex reporting and forecasting models for internal and broker commissions., Handles highly confidential financial data that must be secure and confidential at all times., Performs other duties as assigned.

, Researches and resolves inquires, payment issues and complaints., Works collaboratively with Marketing, Finance and executive leadership to ensure accurate and timely payments. Collaborates with internal and external entities to enhance processes and identify inefficiencies.
