Commissioned Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bi-Lingual Commissioned Officer to join our team. As a Commissioned Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining security and enforcing regulations within our organization. Your role will involve surveillance, conflict management, and ensuring the safety of our personnel and property. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify any suspicious activities - Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or behavior - Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms - Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents - Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary - Provide conflict management and resolution when dealing with difficult situations - Utilize CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment effectively - Perform first aid and CPR as needed - Assist with loss prevention efforts Requirements: - Previous experience in law enforcement or security-related roles preferred - Certificate in CCTV operation or willingness to obtain one - Strong conflict management skills - Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally - Familiarity with militarized procedures is a plus - First aid and CPR certification is desirable We offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
