Job Summary
Under The General Supervision Of The Manager/Director, Take Actions Necessary To Pay Group And Individual Commissions Accurately And Promptly To Producers In Assigned Area. Initiates Corrective Actions When Problems Or Errors Are Detected. Provides Customer Service Relative To Commissions To Producers And Staff.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years' business experience.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Clear and concise written skills.
- Clear, concise and professional communication skills.
- Experience in making decisions independently.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Administrative systems
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Insurance experience
