What You’ll Do

The Commission Analyst is a field facing role that is accountable for maintaining a high-quality relationship with all levels of the Business Development Team. This individual will be responsible for processing all commission payments accurately and timely and will be directly reporting to the Finance Operations and Reporting Manager.   


What you’ll be working on

  • Update commissions plan and prepare commission calculations in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Facilitate commission issue resolutions in partnership with Business Development leadership, legal, and HR.
  • Maintain the integrity of commission plans by ensuring appropriate agreements and commission elements are tracked and properly maintained.
  • Ensure all commission deductions are accurate and processed before commission payments are issued.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Must Haves

  • BS in Data Science, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative focus
  • Prior Experience: 1+ year of experience in finance, compensation or a similarly applicable field
  • Specific Skills (business, technology, software): Advanced Excel skills , including experience building analyses and models. Knowledge in relational databases and SQL (Preferred)
  • Personal Characteristics: Articulate, Calm, Efficient, Meticulous, Responsible, Technological
  • Working Conditions: How much travel is usually required? None

Primary Location Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000
