We are seeking a motivated, organized Commission Analyst to help our growing Human Resources organization. Based at Barracuda's Headquarters in Campbell, CA, this role will work closely with the Commissions team to support our monthly commission calculation process, learn the Xactly system to support the organization structure, and gain experience with the Analytics module for effective reporting. With strong analytic skills and a history of continuous improvement, the Commission Analyst will leverage resources to optimize and improve processes at Barracuda.

What you'll be working on

• Calculate, validate, and submit monthly commission payments within specified deadlines.
• Partner with Sales Operations to review and process approved adjustments.
• Lead Plan Setup in Xactly for Sales Representatives and Managers within their specified assignments.
• Train Sales Representatives and Managers on commission related processes and deadlines, use of available reports, eligibility, and/or dispute resolution.
• Audit and validate data within Xactly Incent regularly to ensure accuracy. Implement measures to address data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Manage access, personalization, and permissions/settings for Xactly Users.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and technical support on Xactly Incent.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

What you bring to the role

• BA / BS in Finance, Mathematics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with Xactly strongly desired, but not required. We will teach you if you are willing to learn!
• Ability to develop Excel models for calculations and analysis, using XLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, charts, and mail merge. Macros are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical focus, and attention to detail with the ability to work both tactically and strategically to support a fast-paced Commission schedule.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a high receptivity to feedback.
• Excellent relationship management and critical thinking/decision management skills.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is USD $85,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
