About This Role:

The Commission Analyst balances both processing of variable compensation and high levels of engagement with primary stakeholders in this process. This position blends analytical thinking and internal client obsession, requiring a balance of discipline, attention to details, and empathy. This role entails a high level of discretion and confidentiality along with innovative thinking and a desire to solve problems and needs a high-energy individual willing to grow.

Job Description:

• Process variable compensation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Understand and leverage system reporting and queries and provide reporting as required.
• Respond to queries and concerns from stakeholders.
• Administer the compensation system (Incent).
• Collaborate with the operations team within the business on ongoing processes.
• Liaise with internal clients to ensure understanding of compensation guidelines/policies.
• Act as liaison with internal IT department on system-related requirements.
• Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and modeling, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree with three to five years of related experience.
• The ability to drive system improvements and automation in the areas of compensation and reporting through: 1) exceptional Excel skills and 2) experience with database reporting tools.
• Experience with Xactly Incent.
• Accountability for areas of responsibility and ownership of tasks and processes; understanding the implications and consequences of decisions.
• Strategic thinking and approach to projects and work.
• Experience with database reporting tools.
• Success in managing multiple deadline assignments with multiple individuals representing a broad range of personalities.
• Personal rapport with senior-level employees.
• Strong organization and great attention to details.
• A dynamic, proactive individual with sense of professionalism and creativity.
