Communication Manager

We are looking for an experienced Communication Manager to join our team. As a Communication Manager, you will outline internal and external communication processes and carry out the communication strategy.

Responsibilities

• Protecting, promoting, and enhancing the Dream Games employer brand
• Maintaining a consistent Dream Games experience - how people see, feel, and hear about us
• Outlining and carrying a communication plan for the People team
• Managing PR activities
• Supporting recruitment and operations team on employer branding activities, internal and external communication
• Designing and developing content across different channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from related fields
• +5 years of work experience, ideally with a technology company
• Experience in creative writing
• Ability to understand analytical approaches
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
• Passion and interest in games
