Duties for this position will include:

1. Strategic Communication Planning: Ability to develop and implement communication strategies that align with our infrastructure goals and objectives.

2. Writing and Editing: Strong writing skills to craft clear and compelling messages, as well as editing skills to ensure all communications are error-free and adhere to brand standards.

3. Internal Communications: Experience with creating and disseminating information within an organization to ensure employees and agency owners and staff are informed and engaged.

4. Story Telling Skills: Ability to take technical information and distill it into a way that makes sense and is consumable to our end users.

5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

6. Analytical Skills: (Nice to have) Ability to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt based on data and feedback.

7. Technical Proficiency: (Nice to have) Familiarity with communication technologies and software that support the creation and distribution of messages.

Required:

4-6 years of client liaison experience

2-4 years of experience in content writing.
