Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner on strategy and planning to drive Antora’s core objectives on policy, communications, and marketing
- Execute core policy, communications, and marketing objectives, including identifying and securing external partnership opportunities and organizing external events
- Draft external and internal communications materials, including thought leadership materials
- Prepare and support Antora leadership and team members for external opportunities
- Identify and secure opportunities to advance Antora’s federal and state policy agenda
- Help manage external communications, marketing, and government affairs agencies
- Partner with the product development team to advance marketing and sales objectives
- Ensure that all policy, communications and marketing materials and activities adhere to the highest standard of excellence
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in relevant fields (e.g., communications, public policy, management consulting)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think critically about information to solve problems
- Outstanding interpersonal skills—a team player who can build collaborative relationships across the company and with external partners
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and multitasking abilities to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring all content is strategic, on-brand, and valuable to our audiences
- Can execute against goals with minimal managerial oversight while knowing the right time to check in
- Self-motivated, resourceful, results-driven, and deadline-oriented
- The ability to interact confidently with senior public and private sector stakeholders
Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $120,000 USD
Salary Basis: Annual
This job posting contains a salary range, which represents the range Antora Energy believes, in good faith, what it would be willing to pay for the posted job. Antora Energy expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in true rare exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceeds those required or expected for the position, would Antora Energy consider paying a salary or hourly rate near the higher end of the range.
