What you’ll do

We are looking for a digital communications analyst/associate to join our team, reporting to the Communications Manager and Executive Director of the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation. The digital communications analyst/associate will assist the Communications Manager, supporting the communications goals of the firm and Foundation to help advance the missions of the organizations and the philanthropic vision of the Founders.

Specifically, you will:

• Assist the Communications Manager with communications plans, programs, and activities that support the Office of Inclusion & Community and the Foundation such as:
• Create branded visual collateral for all digital, events, social, internal communications, and Foundation reports
• Assist with managing mailing lists, distributing, and tracking engagement of internal and external communications using Mailchimp and Salesforce campaigns
• Assist in the planning and production of Foundation events
• Consistently update the social media presence of the Foundation on new and existing platforms with unique copy and content
• Provide quarterly reporting and campaign effectiveness reports, identifying key analytics
• Establish a content calendar that schedules all aspect of creation and delivery throughout the year, utilizing programs such as Sprout Social or Hootsuit.

What’s required

• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years of experience in digital communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and self-reliant with a hands-on approach
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and web design skills are a plus – we’ll want to see your portfolio!
• Familiarity with film editing software a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with MailChimp and Hootsuite
• Based in either the Stamford, CT or New York, NY office
• The Foundation currently operates in a hybrid-remote work model. Employees can work from home one day per week.
• Some travel required

The annual base salary range for this role is $76,500 - $81,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
