Job Description

Job Purpose

The role’s two purposes:

admisnitrational support to the communication department: POs, contracts, reports, background material, Press Club, EBS

manage entirely the content communication for kids channels (Minimax, JimJam): PR highlights, PR releases, social media posts + support/help AMC content communication with PR highlights and some social media content

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Administrational tasks: managing PR contracts, POs, invoices, background material search, coordination of reports

Press Club: coordinate between pres club manager and programming department, manage administrational executional tasks

EBS: coordinate between EBS and programming department, manage administrational executional tasks and coordination with countries

Distribution of monthly JimJam schedules and highlights

Content communications kids channels: create regular highlights, prepare releases, create regular social media posts + coordinate all these with countries

Content communication AMC: create AMC highlight and based on these, create social media posts too

help/support PR events
