Communications Coordinator - Marketing & Communications

Position Summary: The Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing various communications and marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, graphic design for both print and digital outlets, videography, photography, social media, newsletter communication and other tactics. The Communications Coordinator is also responsible for identifying and gathering news and information about the clinic, providers and employees needed for written communications, in addition to identifying new opportunities. Written communications include feature stories, news releases, brochure copy, advertising copy, internal and external newsletters, website content, and internal and external letters, memos and notices.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, journalism, English, or communications required; Master's degree preferred. Two years of experience in journalism, communications, or related field required; agency experience preferred. Must have excellent writing and journalistic skills, strong design skills, and five years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere). Additionally, applicants must have strong verbal skills, be self-directed and possess strong follow-through traits. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have good computer skills. Must maintain a professional appearance.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with some evenings, early mornings and weekend work required.
