About this role

This is a dynamic role that will assist in the execution of Arkose Labs’ social media strategy, including its Employee Advocacy program and global awards program. In this role, you will help organize, write, and execute posts on social media platforms with LinkedIn being the primary channel. You will also help communicate internally, monitor, and report on results of the programs in which you’re involved. In addition, this role will help organize, write, and submit award nominations for the company to drive Brand awareness and capability understanding.

You will report directly to the Global Head of Brand and Communications who will prove to be a strong mentor, guide, and teacher

You’ll be successful as a Communications Coordinator if:

• You have strong written skills and knowledge of video, video editing and graphic design.
• You have an understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
• You are curious and creative, and can apply analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Write and post daily organic social media posts, including posts for Employee Advocacy, consistent with brand voice and in support of broader organic social media strategy and campaigns
• Maintain organic social media calendar and Employee Advocacy calendar
• Communicate internally about upcoming organic social media activities
• Assist with live-streaming across all social media platforms
• Help support integrated marketing campaigns through organic social media
• Work closely with graphic design team to create compelling and relevant social media images and tiles
• Research and update global awards calendar and opportunities
• Assist with global awards program innovations
• Write working drafts of awards nominations and submit final nominations; track awards momentum reporting on results
• Take on other projects, as required

Must Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications, marketing, social media, or other relevant roles
• Undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, writing, marketing or other relevant degrees
• Excellent written skills with an emphasis on writing for online and social platforms
• Some experience with LinkedIn
• Self-starter, outstanding interpersonal skills and strong sense discernment, low ego; service-oriented
• A growth mindset, and be willing to learn, experiment and improve. Comfortable in a high pace environment.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Sprout Social and Bambu
• Working knowledge of live streaming platforms, like Streamyard
• Working knowledge of video filming and editing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Sales Navigator

The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington is between: $60,000 —$90,000 USD
