Job Summary

This role provides critical communications support for keeping our global employees, dealers and external audiences informed and engaged in the implementation of our Hardwire strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Supports the day-to-day responsibilities of the global H-D Communications team by contributing to communication planning, writing, editing, content creation, publishing, channel management, and some administrative tasks to help the team deliver at a high level across various audiences. Key activities include:• Providing basic communication counsel to company functions in need of sending company-wide messages, including editing for grammar, tone, and Harley-Davidson's brand voice.• Supporting the delivery of project-based communications using and managing company-owned channels (e.g., email, producing Microsoft Teams Live Webinar Events, publishing to employee and dealer intranet sites, etc.).• Serves as an active participant on H-D's internal content team which includes actively participating in journalistic-style idea generation, writing, and editing. Also includes working to enhance stories through video interviews and other visual tactics.• Supports quarterly and/or bi-annual business updates through presentation development in PowerPoint and/or other business applications.• Supports collection and reporting of communication channel measures and metrics.• Conducts research and audits of communication channels, as needed, includes supporting improvement initiatives.• Monitors company email boxes and supports follow up with key stakeholders.• Provides administrative communication support for full communication team, e.g., media relations, investor relations and LiveWire teams, as needed.• Actively supports other communication department projects and initiatives, as needed.
Education Specifications
A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, marketing or related field is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirements• At least 3 years of related experience is required (supporting digital communications experience is a plus)• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook (required); experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is highly preferred• Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information• Ability to work under pressure with short timelines• Ability to work collaboratively and with limited direction• Ability to work with all levels in the organization• Exceptional organizational skills• Experience in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe photoshop (preferred)

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
