What You'll Do:

• Executive comms writer
• Oversee engagement metric dashboard messaging
• Keep project timelines on track while prioritizing backlog of work
• Delegate project work to team members and facilitate with agile ceremony methodologies
• Knowledge of full breadth of internal communications/calendar of events/blogs
• Cultivate elegant and memorable stories through the thoughtful use of executive presentation design for internal or external messaging
• Communicate complex or abstract concepts in ways that are clear, succinct, and creative
• Expand the presentation design process; building tools that make it easier for cross-functional stakeholders to adopt new templates, libraries, and design formats
• Push our storytelling efforts in a way that stays true to brand, while infusing excitement, beauty, and delight into the way we talk about our products, industry, and people
• Define and strategize ways on making the storytelling and demoing process better: from creation and optimization of templates, optimization of Figma libraries, and utilization of tools to deliver richer narratives

Who You'll Work With:

• As a member of the Cisco IT Experience Design & Research team, you will build an integrated internal communications program to engage and align our leaders and employees across the Cisco IT organization. This role requires a mixture of program management and content creation.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years' experience with communication or design
• Design skills displayed through design system documentation, mock-ups, and style guides
• Ability to abstract intricate, complex systems into simplified, consumable visuals
• Ability to take direction and feedback
• Manage and deliver goals for multiple projects
• Ability to manage competing priorities in an agile, fast-paced, work environment
