About the Role
We are looking to hire a Communications Manager to support all channels and aspects of Internal, Employee, and Executive communications here at Litmos . This individual will build credibility and support the corporate reputation for Litmos and our leaders through compelling content and rapid execution ; as well as ensure all employees are well informed about our company missions, vision, and strategy.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement annual employee communications plan , in alignment with the overall Marketing and Communications blueprint ; provide regular updates on achievements against objectives
- Disrupt the internal information environment by finding compelling formats and simple language to rise above the internal noise level and reach employees and leaders with the information/messages that really matter
- Ensure open connection with employees and leaders to encourage ongoing dialogue and feedback
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all internal communications globally in alignment with external messaging
- Provide advice and guidance to senior management
- Coordinate and execute internal communications that are distributed to all Litmos employees , including, but not limited to, the following:
- Own and execute a weekly newsletter for the organization that celebrates wins, amplifies opportunities, highlights people stories, and shares leadership perspectives
- Organize logistics and drive the agendas of quarterly All Hands Meetings, open mic sessions with leaders, and fireside chats with customers
- Drive all-manager communications for the organization, including regular newsletters and calls, in coordination with the HR and Learning team
- Coordinate with the L eadership Team on activities to raise cross-functional awareness of strategic priorities
- Regularly update internal communication platforms (Ja m, Slack, etc )
- Regularly align on communications of key organizational topics with the HR team and Litmos Executive Leadership team
What you bring
- 5+ years' experience in employee communications or related field in multi-national IT corporation
- Deep understanding and speed to learn the organization's strategy and internal processes
- Experience developing and executing high-touch communications strategies for employees, managers, and leaders
- Proven experience in Global Crisis Communications preferred
- S trong understanding of external media practices with professional experience in social media and advocacy programs
- Strong ability to competently and most professionally deal with confidential and sensitive information
- Skilled in creative design and video & photo editing
- Acts with refined collaboration and communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker
- Thinks broadly and strategically about priority topics and yet manages detail
- Adapts with a high degree of flexibility regarding changing circumstances
- Strong business acumen, problem solving skills
- Language skills: Mastery of English, German as a plus
