Job Description
We're looking for a Communications Manager to join the Global Communications Team responsible for presenting our story, innovation and impact, externally and internally.
In this role, you'll drive external and internal corporate communications projects that touch every aspect of DataRobot. You'll support executive speaking and publishing opportunities as well as manage internal communications programs and channels, working closely with our leaders.
You're a superb writer and editor who thrives with synthesizing many different inputs and generating content quickly. You're also a strong project manager capable of leading all aspects of executive and internal communications calendar and programs, from strategy to execution. The role requires a combination of thoughtful communication skills, operational excellence, and a collaborative approach.
On a typical day, you'll make recommendations on how to improve assets and programming, work with speakers to build presentations, and partner with leadership on how to share their most important messages. If this sounds exciting to you, we'd love for you to join us.
What does it take?
- Develop content in support of announcements and stories across key external and internal channels, aligned with broader corporate messaging & narratives
- Spearhead global internal communications programs, including Company Meetings and "Ask Me Anything" sessions with leadership
- Find opportunities for alignment between cross-functional internal programs and ongoing coordinated marketing and communications campaigns
- Work with the Global Communications Team to measure the business impact of these programs
Is this You?
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, PR, and/or internal communications in the technology industry with proven record of success
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
