Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer
Location: Bozeman, MT; Kalispell, MT; Reno, NV; Kansas City, MO
Pay: From $75,000/yr (DOE) + Benefits

At Best Practice Medicine, we are dedicated to positively impacting patients, EMS professionals, and communities, and we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help tell our story in a professional and engaging way.Â
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmÂ
Occasional after hours and weekends possible
Frequent travel expected to events/conferences as well as to the home office in Bozeman, MT
What you will do:
- Storytelling
- Communicate in a compelling manner across multiple platforms and methodologies
- Plan and direct the development of policies and programs to maintain favorable public and stakeholder views of BPM’s mission, vision, and accomplishments
- Digital Marketing
- Develop and coordinate the distribution of digital marketing - social media, advertising, email, and content
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Business Development Subject Matter Expert
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to identify target audiences and objectives
- Identify and understand client profiles and needs
- Research, analyze, and measure the BPM-specific market insights to create marketing campaigns in order to make data-driven decisions
- Use Marketing concepts toÂ
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral
- Manage the BPM brand
- Understand risks, limitations, and legal aspects of marketing in healthcare sector
- Develop content and campaigns that are compliant with all healthcare laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of Marketing and leadership experienceÂ
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns in the healthcare industry
- Experience developing and managing a budget
- A well-developed portfolio, showcasing successful and impactful past projects
- Project Management experience
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Marketing and leadership experienceÂ
- Experience with StoryBrand Framework
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Proficiency with content management systems
- Experience in planning and leading initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate
- Passion for helping others
Physical Requirements:Â
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to speak clearly in small group settings
- This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, and bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity for typing
- This position could be exposed to loud noises, frequent phone conversations, and requires average to above average visual acuity and hearing
Work Environment:Â
- The majority of this job will be spent indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
- Must be available to travel as required.

- Operate the world's largest and only accredited mobile high fidelity simulation team.
- Educate and train EMS providers, newbies, and veterans.
- Provide novel EMS based clinical staffing solutions in austere environments.
We were founded by a small team of clinicians in 2015 who were tired of seeing good caregivers make bad decisions every day that harmed people simply because they lacked access to realistic, meaningful, timely education in current best practices.Â
