Job SummaryThe Project Coordinator collaborates with team members in ensuring communications and associated projects are managed efficiently, effectively, on schedule, and meet stakeholders’ needs. This role reports to the director of Organizational Communications and requires a highly organized individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Project Coordinator may also be involved in data gathering, reporting, project managing, consulting, researching, writing, and documenting processes.

SCHEDULE
*This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 2-4 days a week in office depending on business need.
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Own project tasks and timelines using project management software (such as Asana), ensuring tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.
- Coordinate the scheduling, drafting, and publishing of stakeholder communications across various channels.
- Ensure detailed information is captured and work tasks are clearly defined.
- Assist with the implementation of communication channel strategies.
- Streamline processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Design, implement, analyze, and generate reports that track key metrics. When needed, work with the data team to develop automated reports.
- Serve as a resource to stakeholders, offering expert guidance on communications-related requests to achieve desired outcomes.
- Offer prompt feedback and updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders ensuring they are informed, and deadlines are met.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience supporting initiatives in a project management, marketing, PR, or communications environment.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field or 2 additional years relevant functional experience.
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations

Managerial Responsibility:
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills:
- Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency with Asana (or similar project software), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.

NOTE: This is a local position. It can technically be hybrid, but employee may be asked to work in the office several times in a given week.
