Required Skills:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in conducting research and analysis in public health, health communication, or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of health communication theories, principles, and strategies for behavior change.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating health communication campaigns and materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality research reports and presentations.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research on public health and health communication topics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, case studies, and academic research to generate actionable insights for communication strategies.
  • Develop evidence-based recommendations for improving health communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and materials that promote public health awareness and behavior change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and materials, adjusting as needed to optimize reach and impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in health communication, public health, and relevant industry developments.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through written reports and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including public health organizations, researchers, and communication professionals.
Education:
  • A minimum of a bachelorโ€™s degree in related field; masterโ€™s degree or higher is preferred.
