Communications Specialist - Entry Level

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Communications Specialist:

• Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
• Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
• Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
• Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
• Attend daily team Sales & Marketing campaign meetings to set goals
• Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture

Requirements of the Entry-Level Communications Specialist:

• High school diploma or GED (not required but is a PLUS)
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or other customer service-related fields
• A want to learn something new and take on a challenge
• Being self-driven is a huge plus!
• Proficient communication skills are a must
• Able to work with both customers and team members
