Job Description:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft and refine messages, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned to organization's brand. Ensures all communication materials adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and values. Maintains and strengthens the JTMS brand image. Skilled in conveying messaging to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. Works closely with program office offices/branches to ensure consistent messaging. Coordinates with graphic and web designers to create and curate content for various communication channels, such as press releases, articles, blog posts, social media updates, and videos. Develops and implements communication strategies and engagement plans. Coordinates the JTMS social media presence and strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience. Monitors social media trends and responds to comments and inquiries on online platforms. Ensures all communication complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in regulated industries. Defines clear communication goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides inputs to the KPIs and metrics to measure success of the change program. Track and analyze communication effectiveness using metrics like audience reach, engagement, and sentiment analysis. Use data to make informed adjustments to communication strategies. Typically reports to the contractor's program manager and/or the Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant.
