Job Description

The Change & Communications team at GBS is responsible for driving and executing the communications strategy for GBS and strengthening the Philips GBS employer brand internally and externally through multiple channels management and engagement activities. This includes supporting org-wide or large-scale change/transition programs and helping leadership drive adoption by applying the standard Philips Change Management methodology.

The Communications Specialist will drive and support site level engagement communications for the GBS Nashville in addition to supporting activities and strategic initiatives.

Your role:

  • Develop/deliver on integrated communications strategies.
  • Engage employees with relevant content through effective communication ecosystem.
  • Support the creation and deployment of promotional content e.g., websites, videos, Yammer.
  • Yammer platform management for GBS channel, support content creation & activation.
  • Ensure required input for content from stakeholders.
  • Support and drive local employee events and engagement programs.
  • Support in promoting specific activities on key social media platforms.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 2+ years of experience in related areas (communication, marketing, PR, editorial)
  • Your skills include:
    • Social media management
    • Video editing
    • Some editorial/writing experience
    • Branding

  • Undergraduate degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, English or similar areas of study
  • You're results and customer oriented, organized, have a keen attention to detail and can prioritize and have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Hybrid position.
