Community Content Lead will o versee the strategy and development of content for organic social media from concept to completion.We are looking for a seasoned creative leader to drive the agile and planned content to represent and energize our brand for all community marketing and communications. The Community Content Lead will operate as a dedicated and purpose-built community content leader for the Community Marketing team.
Responsibilities

• Quarterback the development and delivery of industry-leading content across our global social platforms and new influencer, brand ambassador marketing initiatives.
  Develop and lead the content for the Community team, collaborating with community managers and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that help drive meaningful engagement and association with the core segments of WordPress community
  Provide strategy and operational art direction support for the ideation and concepting of audience-centric content and campaigns across social media channels, including social media posts, A/B testing and influencer positioning
  Work with team members to develop narratives, storyboards, and shot lists, developing production schedules as needed.
  Work with social and other community marketing team to research and incorporate the insights and trends of social and WordPress platforms to craft original content that breaks through the noise.
  Establish a brand persona and visual style for Community/Social Media that reflects the needs of different audiences and adheres to WP Engine's brand guidelines.
  Coordinate with Brand, Creative and Communications leaders to ensure brand and messaging consistency.

Requirements and skills

• Skilled and confident presenting creative strategy and content orchestration of orchestrating work internally to effectively communicate and align the executive s and cross-functional team s
• Able to demonstrate and articulate understanding of creative content trends and audience preference in social and focused tech community
• Digitally savvy to lead a social-forward approach to brand building
• Hands on background in rapidly quickly developing diverse type s of content in the rapidly changing market
• Detail oriented
• Experienced in vendor management
