We are looking for a junior content producer who will be responsible for crafting video content for core audiences across our social media and tech community. Reporting to the Community Content Lead, the Community Content Specialist will create and curate engaging content in line with our overall Social Media and Influencer marketing strategy and content calendar.
Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Managers and agencies to develop engaging and entertaining content to fit the unique strengths and requirements of diverse community platform including but not limited to social media
• Collaborate with other team members to shape concepts leveraging insights and marketing strategies
• Manage multiple projects and workflows with overlapping deadlines
• Repurpose and edit existing content (e.g., blogs, case studies, customer testimonials, executive thought leadership) to fit the special requirement and trends of social and other tech communities
• Research and acquire video elements such as stock footage, graphics, photos, voice-overs, music, sound fx, etc.
• Work with Community Marketing team and Corporate Marketing leadership to develop long-term strategies to enhance social media presence, engagement and quality through benchmarking and collaborative brainstorming.
• As part of Community Team, support assigned events with content coverage, including building modular and repurposable content for engaging social feed posts as appropriate
• Work with Community Marketing, PR and Affiliate and Agency teams to identify appropriate influencers and social creators to develop new influencer marketing initiatives
• Work in tandem with leadership and team to prioritize projects appropriately

Requirements & Skills

• Strong knowledge of video production, animation and editing; experience optimizing content and posts for social and tech focused communities a plus
• Ability to find and adapt viral social media trends to inform new ideas and quickly pitch and develop new ideas to contribute uniquely and positively to the trends
• Self-starter who can own social content projects from start to finish including ideation, shooting and editing.
• Team player who takes accountability of initiatives to serve different internal stakeholders of organic social media and community content and can quickly implement notes on edits/cuts from those stakeholders
