Essential Functions
- Collect, quality and document Community Development activities (loans, services, and investments)
- Assist in design and development of processes/structures to improve collection and qualification of Community Development activities
- Develop and maintain procedures supporting processes and activities
- Support ESG & DEI initiatives
- Work with Regulatory Data Unit as needed in the process review of CRA, HMDA and other FRB data to ensure accuracy for reporting and analysis
- Assist in maintaining the CRA Public File
- Work with internal analytical support to assist with CRA analysis
- Maintain branch analysis list
- Assist in CRA Exam management processes as needed
- Assist CRA related reporting including development of reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Assist with regulatory change including CRA modernization
- Maintain up to date knowledge regarding CRA and HMDA trends/regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Working knowledge of CRA and HMDA data collection rules
- Basic analytical skills sufficient to analyze and communicate business needs
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and casts a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ years banking experience required
- 1+ years risk management experience preferred
