- Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are at all times fully functional and in an attractive condition
- Supervise all onsite staff
- Be knowledgeable of market conditions at all times
- Direct and manage daily property activities
- Win and maintain the respect and goodwill of all residents
- Ensure monthly close-out is completed accurately and timely
- Ensure weekly, monthly, and annual reports are completed accurately and timely
- Walk move-ins/move-outs
- Resolve resident complaints
- Prepare lease-related paperwork
- Follow company procedures in the qualification, screening & acceptance of applicants
- Process invoices on a weekly basis
- Develop annual operating budgets
- Develop and maintain sales/marketing plans
The qualified candidate will have:
- At least 3 years experience as a Community Manager
- A positive attitude
- Attention to detail in their work
- A professional image
- Good organizational, verbal, and written skills
- Good decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- A team-player attitude
Drug testing and background screening required
