• Monday - Friday
• Operational hours: 6:00am - 7:00pm
• No weekends or holidays
• You will focus on member engagement, program developmentand not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
• 3+ years of corporate fitness program development and implementation experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• CHES preferred or ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Community Engagement Coordinator:

• Create, market and implement community engagement well-being strategies and initiatives for all client employees
• Analyze and report success metrics achieved on defined engagement strategies and initiatives
• Work with supervisor for successful execution of client service deliverables/statement of work
• Builds connections with members/clients and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Represent Corporate Fitness Works through communication with client and CFW leadership, to include creating reports and attending meetings
• Collaborate with site Team Leaders on the creation, implementation and execution of annual program calendar/strategic plan
• Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations, such as safety standards, equipment cleaning and maintenance and facility orientations where/when applicable
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting/achievement
• Support CFW Culture and initiatives focused on the unique needs of the working population
