About the Global Community Engagement Manager position at Showpad
We're looking for a proactive self-starter to drive the strategic vision and help us bring a customer community for Showpad to life. You will sit on the Global Lifecycle and Engagement marketing team and your success will be defined by your ability to build and engage our community of sales and marketing professionals to meet their revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities as a Global Community Engagement Manager at Showpad
- Drive community strategy by partnering closely with cross-organizational stakeholders, local field teams, and third-party community stakeholders to align on opportunities, gaps, and challenges related to community efforts
- Engaging in our existing relationships with external community partners
- Build and manage a community engagement calendar
- Manage end-to-end community events (primarily virtual)
- Serve as a community moderator by responding to comments in a timely manner
- Develop event and campaign-specific strategies for high-impact customer community moments
- Partner with our Product Marketing and Brand team to develop assets to support the community
- Keep a pulse on the community's feature requests or critical issues and translate them into opportunities for improvement, channel to the appropriate stakeholders
- Define key performance indicators and manage the process of analyzing and quantifying their reach and impact on our community programs and pipeline
Required Skills for a Global Community Engagement Manager at Showpad
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for storytelling
- A curiosity for ways our customers can be successful on our platform
- Strong judgment and ability to respond quickly, yet thoughtfully to urgent situations
- Working with international teams and awareness of the nuances in working across the globe
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to span high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- 5-7 years of experience working in marketing, content strategy, communications, or social media
