Job Description
The Community Engagement Specialist (CES) is primarily responsible for serving as the lead for data and reporting from Cybergrants and as a backup for operating all aspects of the system including assisting in the management of the BOKF Foundation by processing charitable grant applications, ensuring IRS compliance, issuing checks and monitoring contribution budgets. Management of the CyberGrants employee engagement functions include volunteer events, nonprofit service information and employee United Way campaigns. Additionally, the CES assists in execution of corporate-wide community engagement initiatives including the independent management of special initiatives and events. The CES will maximize the exposure, marketing, and branding associated with various initiatives, charitable contributions, and use of entertainment venues.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field and 4+ years relevant work experience .

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will maximize the use of CyberGrants for grants management and employee engagement through an intimate knowledge of capabilities, reporting, etc.
- You will analyze trends, conduct research, report findings, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- You will correspond verbally and in writing with vendors, partners, and nonprofit leaders regarding BOK Financial's corporate citizenship.
- You will set up strategic initiatives with flawless execution and within the assigned budget.
- You will maintain department administrative duties: processing invoices, ordering supplies, tracking and reporting line-item expenses, and approving AP vouchers.
