This is a strategic growth role focused on building and scaling a global contributor network across multiple markets. As a Community Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion through data-driven growth strategies and scalable systems. The position sits at the intersection of community, marketplace growth, and operational excellence, with a direct impact on the strength and resilience of the network. You will work in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where experimentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes are central to success. Accountabilities:
- Design and execute scalable acquisition strategies to grow contributor and user participation across priority markets and geographic regions.
- Identify high-potential growth opportunities through market analysis, geographic clustering, and performance evaluation.
- Optimize onboarding experiences and activation flows to reduce time-to-first-participation and improve conversion rates.
- Increase network density by expanding active contributor coverage, strengthening participation levels, and supporting balanced growth across markets.
- Develop and manage referral programs and organic growth initiatives that encourage sustainable, community-driven expansion.
- Monitor acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement metrics, using data insights to drive continuous optimization.
- Conduct structured growth experiments, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership based on measurable business impact.
- 4–8+ years of experience in growth, community expansion, marketplace development, user acquisition, or related growth-focused roles.
- Proven success building and scaling distributed user networks, online communities, marketplaces, or contributor ecosystems.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing growth funnels, conversion metrics, retention analysis, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and evaluate structured experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and engagement outcomes.
- Experience operating across multiple geographic markets and adapting growth strategies to diverse user segments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
