Withum is currently seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to join our firm in any of East Coast US Office Locations to support our growing Employer of Choice (EOC) team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on many special projects and firm initiatives that drive our I&D priorities, support and empower our team members and position Withum as an employer of choice within the accounting and advisory space.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Assisting the Firm’s Employer of Choice initiatives of community impact and culture by cultivating strategic client and vendor relationships that benefit the firm’s EOC objective.
• Acting as a liaison to the firm’s Team Member Resource Groups to support planning and budgeting, ensuring goals align with the firm’s I&D strategy
• Developing community impact metrics, strategy and framework implementations.
• Collaborating with the Communications team to design and deliver EOC communications across the firm’s preferred internal and external communications channels, (i.e., internal website, and social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
• Serving as main point of contact for WithumCares – A firmwide cloud-based software that drives team member engagement and creates a firm-wide culture of giving back through a wide range of features.
• Collaborate with vendor Customer Success Manager to effectively execute firm wide initiatives
• Collaborating with Learning and Development team to educate and enhance and firmwide volunteer and fundraising efforts.
• Supporting the implementation and execution of firm wide giving and sponsorship through existing software platform (Grants Connect)
• Supporting the firms Empower class (entry level new hire class) with year-long giving campaign

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% during peak seasons (office locations and conferences)
• Experience with community impact initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) vendor software (Benevity, CSR Connect – YourCause)
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• HTML, CSS or coding experience a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and respond to short deadlines
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in relationship management internally and externally. Proactively engaged with the community
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Able to multitask efficiently, possess excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Project management skills with keen attention to detail
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Washington, D.C. ranges are from $50,000-$65,000

NYC ranges are from $50,000-$65,000
