Dune Analytics is on a mission to make crypto data accessible. We’re a collaborative multi-blockchain analytics platform which is used by thousands of developers, analysts, investors and community members to better understand how the crypto ecosystem works.

We’re now at a crucial stage in our journey as the activity in crypto is exploding, and we need many more talented people to join the team and help us make crypto data accessible.

About the role

Dune is on a mission to make crypto data accessible. We do that by building the most powerful data tool the world has ever seen, and by fostering and growing an amazing community of analysts and builders (aka Dune Wizards). Thousands of people, technical and non-technical, get paid or even hired in crypto by doing Dune queries. We want you to take that to hundreds of thousands.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the team taking care of our Dune wizards, as well as engaging with partners, and the growing ecosystem. You will manage and hire community success managers, marketing and content staff, developer advocates, technical writers and more. Your focus will be to grow the Dune Wizards community by educating, supporting and rewarding them.

We want to rethink how user-generated content gets rewarded and you and your team will be a key driver of this by embracing the full web3 toolkit. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a strategic vision as well as hands on work and driving new initiatives. You also need strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience, particularly in community management and growth

• Experience with direct people management and leading community operations teams

• Experience with crypto data and the Dune Analytics tool

• A strong track record of conceptualising strategic plans for a product/project, and realising it

• Past experience with high growth startups/communities is a plus
