About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Community Manager reporting to our Associate Director, Lawyer Success on our Legal Network team.
Ontra's Legal Network is composed of law firm partners, who accelerate legal workflows by combining their legal expertise with our proprietary AI-powered software. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships to unlock value and potential for their community. What you'll do

  • Connect with law firms and lawyers to ensure to ensure retention, business growth and product adoption
  • Evolve enablement resources for our law firms to foster a strong legal partner community
  • Serve as Liaison between the legal network and internal teams by fostering feedback from lawyers, and logging product feedback
  • Drive product adoption and company communication in line with business strategy
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on all Legal Network policies and systems, confidently conducting product trainings, and leading one-on-one conversations with legal partners


What you'll bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer success / customer service or other client management roles in a professional services industry including legal, financial services, or other tech-enabled platforms
  • Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical and process-oriented: Can identify issues quickly and propose solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Industry knowledge: SaaS experience as well as experience within other complex industries (i.e. financial services or legal) is a plus
  • Naturally curious: Asks questions and seeks out new information, often delving deeper into a subject to gain a more complete understanding; willing to consider different perspectives (even if they don't align with their own)
  • Organized and process-oriented: Ability to break down complex projects into smaller, manageable tasks, and create a structured plan with clear timelines and milestones; prioritizes systematic approaches, efficiency, and consistency in their work
