Community Manager
Job Description

We are looking for aCommunity Manager who will work with Grey New York and Tank Worldwide’s clients (50% Grey/50% Tank) to create human interactions through a brand and drive the desired consumer experience. Reporting to the Director, Social & Influencer, the Community Manager is responsible for creating and executing best-in-class social media activity based on the annual social media strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Channel monitoring: 5 days per week, minimum 1 hour per day total across social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Responding to any questions presented on social channels based on approved social response matrix – questions/comments that fall outside of the social response matrix will be addressed separately.
- Escalation to Brand of any issues found on social channels.
- AE Monitoring and coordination w/Genpact.
- Refresh of WT messaging matrix/response mix.
- Copy time for refreshing existing social responses as well as crafting up-to five more responses to adapt to changing social trends and issues.
- Addition of responses for new items.
- Set and implement paid, organic and boosted social.
- Media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Community Management (agency experience is an asset).
- A culture lover who is able to keep up with and translate what’s happening on social and make it relevant and applicable to your client.
- A proactive leader who is always looking at what else we can share with the client to make them stand out rather than just be a part of the conversation.
- Pharma experience or experience in a regulated industry (liquor) is preferred.
- Understanding of the US market is a plus.
- Knowledge of Ad Manager across platforms.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
- Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
- Knowledge in managing CMS’s.
- Strong attention to detail (extremely important for this role).
