Community Manager (Dual Brand Support) - $55K

About the Role We’re seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Community Manager to lead social media and online engagement for two dynamic brands under our organization. If you're a content creator at heart with a strategic mindset and thrive in the world of social engagement, this could be your perfect fit. ________________________________________ What You'll Do • Manage and execute content calendars for both brands using Hootsuite • Create engaging social-first content, including video, graphics, and written posts • Film and edit video content for use across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook • Moderate and engage with both communities across all social channels • Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions to ensure timely and professional responses • Track and analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging across channels • Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and best practices ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Experience using Hootsuite is required • Strong skills in videography, video editing, and content creation • Prior experience managing multiple brand voices or accounts is a plus • Background in community moderation and online engagement • Strong communication and writing skills • Ability to work independently while balancing multiple deadlines ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Annual salary: $55,000 • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) after 90 days of employment • Paid time off and company holidays • Opportunities for growth and creative leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • No nights • No weekends Work Location: In person
